DeoDap partnered with ConvertPolo to improve product discovery by making it easier for shoppers to navigate its extensive catalog. The focus was on reducing browsing friction, helping users find relevant products faster, and building trust early in the shopping journey.

Navigating a large catalog was overwhelming:
With thousands of products available, users had to browse long lists or rely on the filter drawer to find relevant items.
Filtering required extra effort:
Sorting and filtering options disappeared while scrolling, making it inconvenient for users to refine product listings.

The homepage lacked visible trust signals, giving first-time visitors fewer reasons to feel confident about exploring the store.
Experiment 1: Added horizontally scrollable category filter chips below the Filters/Sort bar on collection pages, allowing users to quickly jump into relevant product categories without opening the filter drawer.
Experiment 2: Introduced a sticky Sort & Filter bar on mobile collection pages so users could refine product listings at any point while browsing.
Experiment 3: Added trust seals on the homepage to communicate credibility and reassure shoppers from the very beginning of their journey.
Problem: With over 11,000 products, users struggled to quickly discover relevant items and had to rely on the filter drawer to narrow their search.
Hypothesis: If we add horizontally scrollable category filter chips below the Filters/Sort bar, users can find relevant products faster, reducing browsing friction and increasing conversions.
